Refunds & Replacements
At Keur Beauty, we ensure that every product is packed with care and quality-checked.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or unusable condition.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@keurbeauty.com with the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
Images of the outer packaging and shipping label
A short video of opening the package to show the condition of the product
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, for the affected item only
The decision will be made based on product availability and customer preference.
Delivery Issues
If your order:
- Is lost in transit, or
- Is marked as delivered but not received
Please contact us immediately.
After verification with our courier partner, we will re-ship the order at no additional cost.
Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
While we always aim to deliver products in perfect condition, there are certain situations where returns, refunds, or replacements cannot be provided:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Orders that are cancelled after dispatch
- Cases of change of mind or if the product doesnโt meet personal preferences
- Minor variations in texture, fragrance, or color, as natural differences may occur in skincare products
- Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control
