At Keur Beauty, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

Currently, Keur Beauty ships orders only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed if there is a significant delay.

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, or special promotions, order processing may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by Keur Beauty.

Shipping charges depend on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

After your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS.

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Keur Beauty will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For any claims related to damaged packages or missing items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video along with images showing the condition of the package and the product at the time of opening. This proof is required for verification purposes. We will review the submitted video and images, and only after confirming that the proof is valid will we proceed further with the claim. Requests submitted without proper video and image evidence will not be considered to avoid inconvenience, customers are strongly advised to record a video and take images while opening their order.

You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. To cancel, please reach out to us via email with your order ID within 1 hour of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever happens first. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Keur Beauty reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective from the date they are posted on this page.

If your package shows as delivered but you can’t track it, please give it up to 3 business days from the delivery date. Sometimes carriers experience delays or tracking updates may lag. If your order still hasn’t arrived after this time, get in touch with us and we’ll help you sort it out.
